The presentation described proposed standards for screening mechanical equipment and refuse areas, landscaping buffers, sign-size and billboard placement rules, building design considerations, and multimodal elements to support pedestrians and transit. Staff said the intent is to protect newly constructed corridors such as Patsy Winn Boulevard and to coordinate future development to strengthen community character.
