The Savoy ISD Board of Trustees approved a proposed budget amendment during its Feb. 13 meeting. Barbara Malone moved to approve the amendment and Mike Bomar seconded; the motion carried with five yeas, one abstention (Jeff Francis, recorded as "With Conflict") and one absence (Bear Reed).
