Planning staff provided a status update on several active developments. The Canyon Bay development returned a largely complete development agreement and agricultural easement; staff reported it includes nearly 100 pages of exhibits and remains under legal review. Mountain Bay is negotiating a water agreement: the development must build a master meter and infrastructure that will be dedicated to the city and the master meter will be tied to the Barricka Water Conservancy District for water supply and billing.
