A proposed replat in Cedars Section 2 (Block 2) to divide Lot 4 into two separate parcels and create Lots 3A and 5A was presented to the Grimes County commissioners Sept. 3, 2025. Staff told the court the replat meets county regulations and had no neighborhood objections.
