Committee approves J & J change order number 2 after scope review
After reviewing five change-order proposals (foundation, sprinkler coordination, utility enhancements, gym window and security cameras), the committee voted to approve J & J change order number 2; presenters described negotiation and cost reductions on footing work.

Peter reviewed five COPs and described the backup materials for each item, noting some earlier submitted costs were reduced through negotiation. Colin (BH+A) explained that a footing detail error originally produced a larger cost estimate that the team partly pushed back and reduced to a smaller contractor cost; "we were able to push back and get all of that cost removed from the change order," he said.
