Trustee Mike Neville moved to waive the rules and consider a second and final reading to amend Chapter 10 (Alcoholic Beverages) to add a Class T temporary license. Trustee Hollembeak seconded; roll-call votes were recorded as five AYEs and one ABSENT and Ordinance 2025‑18 was adopted.
