The Hinckley Town Council voted July 16 to adopt Ordinance 26-07-16, a Planning & Zoning–recommended amendment to Hinckley Town Code Title 11 that updates the Master Land Use Table and adds qualifier language where specific uses are permitted with conditions. Council Member Skip Taylor moved to adopt the ordinance; Council Member Ron Black seconded.
