During the public comment period at the March 24 meeting, resident Delora Brooks requested removal of two trees on her property that were damaged by blight and asked the village to implement a streamlined procedure to permit digging for approved planted trees. Mayor Jenn Najdek agreed with Brooks' request and suggested contacting the water department and speaking with Pete Dellaghelfa to follow up.
