Planning & Zoning Technician Alex Schultz presented a Conditional Use Permit application from Daniel Pautzke for a machine shed in shoreland in Carson Township, Section 14. The board approved the permit unanimously with four listed conditions: compliance with Cottonwood County Zoning Ordinance #28; obtain all required federal, state and local permits and fees; maintain a waste receptacle on site during construction; and implement soil erosion control measures. Motion to approve was made by Commissioner Donna Gravley and seconded by Commissioner Larry Anderson.
