Monroe County's Agenda/Charter Committee on Oct. 21 approved referral 24-0341, a local law authorizing a negotiated lease with Bell Atlantic Mobile Systems LLC, d/b/a Verizon Wireless, for telecommunications at Innovative Field. County Executive Adam J. Bello is listed in connection with the referral, which was presented to the committee "As a Matter of Importance." Legislator Michael Yudelson moved the measure; Legislator John B. Baynes seconded. The committee recorded "ADOPTED: 10-0."
