The Legislature adopted a determination of significance under the State Environmental Quality Review Act (SEQR) for the Taylor Road Bridge replacement and authorized acquisition of necessary easements for the project in the Town of Mendon. The SEQR classification and acquisition authorization were recorded as Res. 303 and Res. 304 respectively and were adopted as matters of urgency with unanimous recorded votes.
