Carlin council expands paving scope; bid packet expected in weeks
Richard Braithwaite, Carlin city manager, told the commission the city's paving project scope was expanded by the city council and is back in engineering; he expects a bid packet to go out within a few weeks and hopes work will be awarded and completed before winter.

Richard Braithwaite, city manager for the City of Carlin, updated the commission on the city's paving project. "Our paving project that we solicited the RTC funds earlier for was ready to go out to bid, and our city council decided to expand the scope of that project," Braithwaite said, adding the project is back through engineering and that he expects a bid packet "within a few weeks."
