Clark County commissioners approve PY2026 CDIS, clear CDBG and CHIP applications
The Clark County Board of Commissioners voted unanimously to approve the PY2026 Community Development Implementation Strategy, authorizing CDBG allocations for Springfield and Bethel townships, a $465,000 critical infrastructure request from New Carlisle, and a $550,000 CHIP partnership with New Carlisle.

The Clark County Board of Commissioners voted unanimously on June 3 to approve the PY2026 Community Development Implementation Strategy, clearing allocations and competitive grant applications for the coming program year. Commissioner Charles A. Patterson moved for approval and Commissioner Greg R. Kaffenbarger seconded; the roll call vote was Kaffenbarger Yes, Patterson Yes and Sasha L. Rittenhouse Yes.
