Board members reported ongoing negotiations with Verizon about equipment upgrades and licensing requirements at multiple district sites, including Grindstone and Lamoille Summit. Staff said carriers requested accurate survey reports (horizontal accuracy and vertical elevations) needed for FCC licensing and that the district does not currently hold such survey records; staff advised carriers to obtain their own surveys.
