Sienna Stearman, Elko County grants and contracts manager, reviewed how the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program works, the county's recent participation, and the timeline groups must follow to apply for FY2027 funding. “So the CDBG application timeline, this does take about, honestly, a whole year for you to see anything or for the whole process, I should say,” she told callers and staff.
