The board approved Resolution No. 20204 to transfer Elko County’s 2026 private activity bond volume cap to the Nevada Rural Housing Authority for the purpose of financing housing for low‑ to moderate‑income families. During discussion an agency representative noted a typo in the packet that misreported mortgage activity (the packet listed $496,000 where the correct figure should have read $11,000,000); county staff acknowledged the correction.
