Elizabeth Buentes, BLM field office manager, told commissioners the Crescent Valley Geothermal Plan of Development decision "was signed, July 16" and remains in the protest and appeal period. She said ORMAT is planning to mobilize a drill rig and target the beginning of next week to drill two wells permitted under the exploration plan.
