The Robertson County Commission moved through a series of zoning votes after a public hearing, approving a countywide amendment to lot-width and setback standards intended to reduce the number of forced rezones from agricultural categories to smaller-lot residential zones. The chair called the question on the lot-width resolution (091525064) and announced the outcome as 15 in favor and 3 opposed; proponents said the change would keep lots in their higher-acreage classifications when only the frontage measurement prevented that classification, while opponents worried it could enable higher density in some areas.
