The board voted to accept donations and to approve the consent agenda during the June 16 meeting. The donations motion was made by Gary Schindler and seconded by Neal Skaar; the consent agenda motion was made by Neal Skaar and seconded by Gary Schindler. Both motions carried 5-0.
