The council approved a 4-H Club tree-planting project at City Park provided the club works with Public Works on tree type and placement (motion by Abby Hawkins, second LaBelle; passed (3.0)). Council also approved removing outdated authorized users on city accounts as identified and approved payment of a Menards invoice (motions recorded in the minutes). The meeting adjourned at 8:02 p.m.
