The planning board spent considerable time reviewing a package the applicant submitted to formalize completed field changes and to request that some as‑built conditions be accepted. ADG Architects presented a 3‑D scan and side‑by‑side comparisons that showed several significant departures from the plans previously approved in 2022: full‑depth brick was installed where a thin veneer was specified; some arched window heads in the approved drawings were replaced by a flat soldier course; a number of Juliet balconies were removed and replaced with operable windows; and non‑approved storefront aluminum assemblies were used in place of the approved wood/aluminum mix.
