On March 3, 2026, County Engineer Chris Fredericksen presented right-of-way (ROW) permit requests from FMCTC to the Shelby County Board of Supervisors. Supervisor Bryce Schaben moved to approve the permits, Supervisor Mike Kolbe seconded, and the motion carried unanimously.
