The Shelby County Board of Supervisors voted unanimously March 31 to approve moving forward with a professional services agreement with the Samuels Group. Supervisor Bryce Schaben moved to proceed with signing the agreement and Supervisor Mike Kolbe seconded; the motion carried without objection.
