A Shelby County committee on Wednesday approved a resolution accepting public improvements and releasing a subdivision performance bond (Cordova Ridge PD 4th amendment, Parcel 11, BPD 09-302 CC). The measure, sponsored by Commissioner David C. Bradford Jr., covers a 51-lot development that county staff said has met required standards.
