The Oconto County Board of Adjustment voted unanimously May 27, 2026, to grant a conditional-use permit to Dan Shadian to operate a landscape business on a parcel in Section 23, T33N, R15E, Town of Townsend. The motion, moved by Dave Behrend and seconded by Char Meier, carried on a roll-call vote with Behrend, Tom Bitters, Meier and Chair Alan Sleeter voting aye.
