LEPC members say county excluded from Fox Solar LLC emergency planning
County officials and a town representative briefed the LEPC on a Fox Solar LLC project Zoom meeting; committee members raised concerns that Oconto County had been excluded from the project's emergency planning process and requested access to the recorded Zoom meeting.

Richard Heath, Oconto County Administrator, and Alan Sleeter, County Board Chair, reported to the Local Emergency Planning Committee on information they had received from a Zoom meeting about the Fox Solar LLC project. Town of Morgan Chair Lori Witthuhn also briefed the committee on what she learned. Committee members said they were concerned the county had been excluded from emergency-planning discussions for the project; Heath said he would have Rachel Wilcox circulate the meeting link to committee members so they could listen to the Zoom recording themselves.
