Rob said the petitioner was not present but the property had been sold and "we do have a letter from the current property owner, indicating that they did not object with any of the changes that are proposed here tonight." Commissioner discussion noted this is a housekeeping correction to fix an error in the earlier ordinance. The motion to approve Resolution 25-10 was made on the record ("Motion by Michelle; 2nd by John") and approved by voice vote.
