Supervisor Brenda Adams read Resolution 76 to adopt an updated procurement policy and asked for questions; none were offered. Councilperson Brian Lifsec moved to adopt the policy and Councilperson Victoria Mills seconded. The board approved the updated procurement policy 4–0 with Councilperson Ginny Nightingale absent.
