Paul Quirks said staff is planning roughly 2.5 miles of resurfacing, focusing on River Oaks and River Crossing and possibly Mound Road, and noted the FY 2027 resurfacing budget is estimated around $1.5 million.
Trustees treated the item as routine and approved the contract by motion and roll call. Staff said coordination will be needed with the Sile Road contractor and that timing will account for detour routes and traffic management during construction.
