Public works staff presented a professional-services agreement with Christopher Burke Engineering to provide phase 2 design and phase 3 construction services for Shorewood's 2027 resurfacing program, at a value not to exceed $119,475. Paul Quirks said staff is planning roughly 2.5 miles of resurfacing, focusing on River Oaks and River Crossing and possibly Mound Road, and noted the FY 2027 resurfacing budget is estimated around $1.5 million.
