Maple School Board approves payroll, warrants and multiple contracts

The Maple School District Board of Trustees on May 14 approved April MIDA and EOM payrolls totaling $236,273.61 and commercial warrant batches #22 and #23 totaling $103,168.71, voting unanimously in favor.
During the meeting Superintendent Bryan Easter presented vendor contracts for board approval. Trustees approved a contract with Active Internet Technologies (Finalsite) for a universal school app designed to support two-way communication between families and the district, and they approved a contract with School Facility Consultants to produce the Proposition 2 Master Plan Design, a required deliverable to pursue Prop 2 facility funding. Each motion passed on recorded 3–0 votes.
