The Huachuca City Council adopted Ordinance 2026-02 on Feb. 12 to amend Town Code Title 9, Chapter 9.20, which governs circumstances under which minors may lawfully possess firearms. The town attorney said the amendment was required to align local code language with A.R.S. 13-3108(G)(2)(d).
