Bossier Parish extends residential PUD moratorium for one year while Halff Associates studies rules
The police jury extended a one-year moratorium on residential Planned Unit Developments within the Benton MPC and a portion of the Bossier City–Parish MPC through June 30, 2027, and said Halff Associates will coordinate community meetings and research.

The Bossier Parish Police Jury unanimously voted July 1 to extend a one-year moratorium on residential Planned Unit Development (PUD) applications across the Benton Metropolitan Planning Commission district and specified areas of the Bossier City–Parish MPC.
