The board approved the CLEC lease and arena contract, designated IOwA & proxy, appointed Cory Becker as Data Privacy Officer, and approved CLEM MOUs including preschool and mentoring agreements.

Brian Dietz presented several contract items and leases. The board approved the CLEC lease on a motion by Jennifer Penzenstadler and approved the arena contract on a motion by Jeff Lindeman; both motions passed with no opposition. The board also approved Brian Dietz as IOwA and Michelle Kleist as IOwA proxy.
