Superintendent Holmberg and Executive Director Chaffey reviewed a packet of long-range plan and referendum documents at the May 4 work session, flagging agreements and contract forms the board will need to consider if it moves forward with a bond question. The packet the board received includes Nexus Agreements, a Project Development Agreement (PDA), multiple AIA professional-services contract forms, and an election resolution relating to a potential new referendum revenue authorization and issuance of a general obligation bond.
