Eric Long presented RG Architects' fee proposal to redesign two gatehouses and related improvements for the River Club, Racquet Center and Golf Club complexes; the buildings will receive facelifts rather than demolition. Long said the main gate has been struck multiple times this year and needs redesign; he asked whether original drawings exist to assist design and noted flood-zone changes may require a new elevation certificate.
