Faced with a $10,755 relocation proposal for a lake aeration system, the River Ridge board approved a $3,098 temporary 'zombie box' solution and agreed to revisit permanent relocation during FY2026 budget talks; vote was 3–2.

Staff presented Premier Lakes’ one-time work order and a revised Bentley Electric proposal to move the Lake E1‑C aeration system farther from the originally proposed location, including about 125 feet of added electrical work and a relocation cost estimate of $10,755.
