Gladwin DDA dismisses absent member Tomczyk; two candidates express interest

Chairperson Jeff Zettel told the Gladwin Downtown Development Authority that he had emailed member Tomczyk requesting a letter of recognition and received no response. The board then voted to dismiss Tomczyk from the DDA.
Joe Kreusch moved to dismiss Tomczyk; Tom Mienk seconded. The motion passed with all ayes.
Following that action, Zettel said Jennifer Hart of DeShano had shown interest in a board seat, and Stacy Plude added that Jennifer Feuerstein had also expressed interest. The board did not take a formal appointment at the meeting; the vacancy and potential candidates were noted for follow-up.
