The board discussed a question from Joe Kreusch about EDC grants for handicap accessibility in the downtown.
Joe Kreusch moved to accept the bylaws with the listed changes; Stacy Plude seconded. The motion carried on a roll-call vote with Kreusch, Tom Mienk, George Alward, Stacy Plude and Jeff Zettel voting aye. Priscilla Szerdi, Cristy Guiterrez and Tomczyk were recorded as absent.
The adopted edits adjust procedural language and response timelines; board members did not add further amendments at the meeting. The revised bylaws will guide DDA operations going forward and affect notice and response procedures specified in the cited sections.
