Bastrop ISD board approves consent agenda including RFP renewals and budget amendment
Trustees unanimously approved the consent agenda Feb. 17, which included approval of minutes, several RFP renewals (pest control, special education services, program support goods), a general funds budget amendment, tax refunds, and renewal of external audit services.

President Ashley Mutschink asked whether any board member wished to remove items from the consent agenda. Chris M. Dillon moved and Dr. Matthew Mix seconded approval of the consent agenda items as presented, including the minutes of Jan. 20, 2026; the Pest Control RFP #BA10-2024 Renewal Year 3 of 5; Special Education Instructional and Support Services RFP #BA06-2025; Program Support Goods & Services RFP #BA07-2025; a general funds budget amendment; tax refunds; external audit services renewal; the School Library Advisory Council procurement list; and school district teaching permit personnel.
