Swine Ridge LLC presented a plat for Swine Ridge Tract 1 (NW1/4 of Section 33, T103N, R61). Deputy Director Karen Wegleitner explained the plat proposal and the applicant was present to answer questions. The minutes record no additional comments on the plat and the commission voted to recommend approval to the County Commissioners.
