Commissioners authorize multiple transfers and approve Kafferlin Strategies invoice for STMP grant work
Forest County commissioners approved 911 dispatch contract payments, Visitor Center expenses, and an $8,565.47 payment to Kafferlin Strategies from the Operating Reserve for STMP grant work; several smaller maintenance and tower‑related invoices were also approved.

The board authorized several fund draws and vendor payments during the New Business portion of the meeting. The 911 Account will pay Clarion County 911 Fund $12,407.99 and Warren County 911 $12,407.98 for fourth‑quarter dispatch contracts; Hyer Electric will receive $200 for Marienville tower generator maintenance and Mobilcom $75 for call sign renewal. The Visitor Center account payments included Tionesta Borough $116.24 and Penelec $95.87, plus reimbursements to the General Fund.
