At the June 23 special meeting the Beeville ISD agenda repeatedly cited closed-session authority under Texas Government Code Chapter 551. The agenda lists attorney consultation (§551.071), real-property deliberations (§551.072), negotiated gifts (§551.073), personnel matters (§551.074), security deployment (§551.076), student confidentiality (the agenda lists §551.821), and witness exclusion (§551.084).
