Under the annual continuing-education report, Board President Deuce Wulf read the status of trustees' training by category. First-year and biennial completions were recorded for multiple trustees; the minutes list specific training completion by trustee and note deficiencies where applicable.
The minutes state Greg Hubbard is deficient in the Post-Legislative Update to the Texas Education Code but has scheduled the training to be completed by Oct. 31, 2025. Ben Wulf and Josh Burns were listed as deficient in the biennial training on identifying and reporting abuse and trafficking and have scheduled that training for completion by Oct. 31, 2025. Greg Hubbard and Josh Burns were also listed as deficient in biennial school safety training and have scheduled makeup training by the same date.
