Hancock County commissioners approve routine resolutions, appoint apiary inspector
On Feb. 3, 2026 the Hancock County Board of Commissioners approved minutes and multiple routine resolutions, authorized signatures on cost-allocation plans, approved travel of $6,165.39, and appointed Dan Harmon as the county's 2026 apiary inspector. Most items passed on unanimous 2-0 votes.

Commissioner Jeffrey Hunker opened the Feb. 3, 2026 meeting of the Hancock County Board of Commissioners at 9:30 a.m. in the commissioners' first-floor conference room. After roll call the board approved the Jan. 29, 2026 minutes on a 2-0 vote following a motion by Commissioner William Bateson and a second from Commissioner Jeffrey Hunker.
