Board President Travis Ball moved to approve the contract and Dashielle Floyd seconded; votes recorded were Travis Ball For, Judd Oats For, James Weems Absent, Craig Burns Absent, Dashielle Floyd For, Matt Patterson For, and Larry Rickman For.
