The Flour Bluff ISD Board approved the award of the District Utility Line Relocation contract to LJA Engineering at the Dec. 4 meeting. The administration had recommended the award; a motion by Mr. Hooper, seconded by Mrs. Blankenship-Paluseo, carried 7-0.
