A proposed budget amendment was brought before the Board of Trustees and, on a motion by Clay Youngblood and second by Brandi Horton, the board voted 7–0 to table consideration of the amendment.

A budget amendment was introduced for board consideration on June 17. Trustee Clay Youngblood moved to table the budget amendment and Trustee Brandi Horton seconded; the motion passed unanimously, 7–0.
