County staff presented Change Order No. 1 to extend completion dates on multiple 2025 ditch maintenance contracts to June 30, 2026. Cindy Land explained these are contracts entered into mid‑2025 that could not be finished by year‑end; projects cited include the A.O. Minks and Charles Good, H.J. Greer, Ropp, A.L. Pickett and Nimrod‑Bright ditch maintenance projects. William Bateson moved to approve each change order and Timothy Bechtol seconded; each motion passed 3-0.
