The Gregory‑Portland Independent School District Board of Trustees convened a public hearing on the district’s 2024–2025 Texas Academic Performance Report (TAPR) during its Feb. 23, 2026 meeting at the district administration building, 1200 Broadway in Portland. President Tim Flinn called the meeting to order at 5:30 p.m.; the minutes record that there was no public comment during the open forum.
