The Planning Commission recommended approval of LU260179 / Z260177 to rezone roughly 32.48 acres from A‑1 (employment center designation) to R‑1 OSC for a 20‑lot residential subdivision proposed by Reliant Homes. Applicant representative Butler summarized the plan and said the site will include 50‑foot transitional buffers and preserved open space.
